I feel that my experience as a Project Manager, Inspector and/or a Consultant for multi-million dollar correctional facilities projects would be an asset to your company.
My position entailed reorganization, manage, design review, re-design as needed and oversee the electrical/electronics integration of all control and communications security systems and to ensure that all codes and systems operations would comply with the owner?s requirements and staff training which involved development and implementation of systems startup, testing, commissioning procedures and certification on all security electronics and all other integrated control and communications systems.
My other responsibilities were managing construction budget, up to 250 plus employees, schedules, RFI?s, O&M?s change orders, estimating, claims, back charges, document control and in addition meetings with the architects, owners, engineers and other subcontractors to resolve any impacts, delays and/or discrepancies that could cause delays to the completion of the project to include recovery schedules and forced accounts.
